After paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your purchase.

In an effort to combat identity theft, Xclusive Remy's elite algorithm prompts order verification in instances including, but not limited to:

  • Irregular shopping patterns

  • The billing address in the customer's order does not match the address associated with the credit card used in the purchase

  • The shipping address provided in the order does not match the billing address

eliminates the verification requirement.*

What You Need to Know

Domestic Orders

Please allow up to 3 (three) days to receive tracking information via e-mail.

Please allow 6 (six) - 10 (ten) business days to receive purchases, as each order is custom made.

Orders throughout the United States are delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS).

During peak shopping seasons or inclement weather, USPS may (not likely, but possible) experience shipping delays (1-2 days) which is out of Xclusive Remy's control.

International Orders

Please allow up to 3 (three) days to receive tracking information via e-mail.

Orders ship internationally via USPS. Please allow 10 (ten) - 14 (fourteen) days to receive purchases, as each order is custom made. We do not ship to postal boxes or mailing centers. We will only ship to a physical address. International orders may be subjected to customs and duty charges by country receiving the order. Pricing listed on this site does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees.  Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country. Therefore, we recommend contacting your country’s customs department for estimated rates.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance. Xclusive Remy is not responsible for shipping delays or additional charges due to Customs Clearance via international orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issues refunds for lost or stolen packages. We do not replace lost or stolen packages.

Loss Prevention

If your schedule conflicts with your package's scheduled delivery time, visit www.usps.com to have your package held at your local post office for pick up.

How It Works

Orders in Error

If you purchase a product in error, (Example: You order Wavy, but you intended to order Curly), contact us by e-mail with: "Ordered in Error" in the subject line and your name, telephone number, order number, and reason for exchange within 24 hours to learn if store credit is available. We do not issue credit for shipping fees. If you order items in error, you are responsible for all shipping fees. After receiving the hair extensions back in their original condition and packaging, we will inspect to determine if the items are eligible for return for store credit. We reserve the right to not issue store credit if we believe the hair extensions have been swapped, worn, washed, or altered in ANY way. If we determine your items are not eligible for return to receive store credit, we will e-mail you an explanation along with a shipping invoice to receive the items back which you sent to exchange.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item which you did not purchase, (Example, you ordered Straight and received Curly), contact us via e-mail within 24 hours after receiving your order with: "Incorrect Item Received" in the subject line and your name, telephone number, order number, and reason for contact in the body of the e-mail to open a claim. Once we determine the validity of your claim, we will e-mail you a return shipping label (postage paid by us) to return the package in its entirety. After receiving the hair extensions back in their original condition and packaging, we will inspect to determine if the items are eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to not issue store credit if we believe the hair extensions have been swapped, worn, washed, or altered in ANY way. If we determine your items are not eligible for return to receive store credit, we will e-mail you an explanation along with a shipping invoice to receive the items back which you sent to exchange and pay for the shipping costs we incurred to receive the incorrect items to inspect.

If we determine your claim is valid, we will e-mail you and send the correct items as soon as possible with FREE shipping.
